Has “Tuesday” ever been used in Prince’s lyrics? I was wondering if anyone can tell me if Prince ever sang a song where he mentions Tuesday. For the life of me, I just cannot recall one, and now I’m driving myself crazy wondering if I’ve overlooked something obvious. I know he scans his computer every Sunday night, laments how manic a Monday can be, urges us to be back by Wednesday, teases that maybe we’ll see him next Thursday night (maybe we won’t, but that’s all right), went to a bar on a lonely Friday night and drives his little red corvette because it’s Saturday night (and I guess that makes it all right). But I am hard pressed to think of a song where he mentions Tuesday. Is there one? | |

It was me just trying to see if Prince did indeed use all of the days of the week. Of course, now, it really feels like a question that I should’ve checked on a little harder. I can’t believe that I forgot about “Everyday is a Winding Road”! I have to admit, though, I do the same with the months of the year and his songs. | |
