12:01 is an unreleased track played live in 2004, mostly on the Musicology Live 2004ever tour. It was played regularly during the first few months of the tour, with occasional performances later. It is assumed that a studio version was recorded in early 2004 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota, but this is unconfirmed. The track has usually only been played acoustically by Prince, with no band backing. It is not known if the track was considered for inclusion on any project.

I remember him playing this at the HOB afterhsow in 04 after the grammy's & he he did a searing blues solo, miss that dude..
