I´m not a mod and I didn´t make the rules,nor do I know the specific details. I was merely trying to warn the OP and I don´t want this website to get in trouble with the estate, that´s all.

But to answer your question, this is what the rules say on top of the forum´s page:

I wonder if all that is needed now.

Several videos that had been on Youtube for a long time have been deleted in the last couple of years and months. I think the estate still goes after videos and songs that are not "official", so I guess it´s better to follow the rules in order to prevent videos from disappearing.

I´d be happy if the estate or WB or Sony or whoever is responsible for deleting videos were more laidback about this, too, but it is what it is.
