Prince old twitter account @prnlegacy have four images at the top of profile.

The two first are HitnRun One and Two..the other 2 is probably Phase 3,4

Did he complete at least the Phase 3 ? If I Could Get Your Attention with vocoder was the first single ?

Judging from Prince's tweet, there may be a solo version of 'Ruff Enuff' also.

No, they're not probably anything of the sort. There's a whole series of photos by Martin Homent. Those are clearly Lovesexy and Purple Rain era pics from his series, whereas the 1 & 2 were more current for those albums. It's not hard to figure that much out, really.

I remember seeing the tweet you are talking about! I'm almost positive there was going to be a Phase 3!

The images came before them being album artwork so I wouldn't take the amount of images as indication that there were more HnR chapters. There's a whole series of the same style with different Prince looks through the ages.

I know that Welcome 2 The Freedom Galaxy was a alternate title to Purple Music on the Piano & Mic tour.

Based on the facts at hand, I would guess that Phase III and Free Urself were the same project. Black in the New Black, was seperate project, and one that was self contained with different musicians...The 'Madhouse' of the era as such.

Freedom Galaxy sounds like Prince was going to release material (notably 'Purple Music') from the 1999 era and even commisioned the artwork to make it clear.

Spencer mocked up great artwork yet again.

Recording wise, it seems to be 'Stay Cool'. Writing wise, no evidience has surfaced yet to suggest material beyond 'Stay Cool'.
