Gold edits The US promo has 3 edits: 1. Gold (Radio Edit with Guitar Solo) (4:23)
The commercially-released single has only 1 4:43 edit, and I'm wondering if it is identical to one of these. PrinceVault listes all four edits as standalone edits, which makes me slightly confused.

You should reference Discogs more than Princevault, or at least equally to. You can find any versions on releases listed.

Discogs would not provide him the information he is looking for - which is if those two 4:43 edits are the same songs except one has a parenthetical description. | |

Anyways, feel free to talk about them. I just compared both tracks on Audacity and, unless one of my files is mislabeled and I in fact do not have one of the 2,they indeed appear to be absolutely similar. Maybe someone who has the single and the promo on CD could double check? It's not impossible Pvault made a mistake (one that I reproduced on my own site, too).
