The Notes Prince Sung There's another site wherein I've compiled all the notes Prince has hit singing throughout his officially released discography: http://therangeplanet.pro...121/prince. So far I've gotten Prince's vocal range down to A1 (which is A below the bass clef) and up to C7 (which is an octave above soprano C), adding up to 5 octaves and 3 semitones. Both his highest and lowest note have been hyperlinked so clicking on them will direct you to a YouTube clip where you can acquire a reference point for what they sound like respectively. Dance. Music. Sex. Romance.

I am a dancer & poet, not a musician so this is way over my head but it reminded me of something I read which about P's range here: https://prince.org/msg/7/436465 [Edited 10/6/19 13:47pm] The kind of love that takes over your body, mind, & soul

Tremendous work! Saved to bookmarks. B6 to C7 is, of course, one note, so not a large difference from the usual given upper range, but you uncovered a full perfect fifth further in the bass range! Prince had a vocal range greater than an early piano! "Man, the living creature, the creating individual, is always more important than any established style or system" - Bruce Lee
