What is the name of this Prince song?

I have a Prince video at home. Just before "One song" begins, there is a spoke narrative, where the words appear on a blank screen. Prince discusses things such as Gangster rap, Dictators and The Media etc.. Does anyone know, what this is called and where it can be bought.
