Just kidding, I know what an 8 track is. I have a bunch, but no 8 track player that works. I just read the thread asking what a b side is. LOL. My question to you all: Who has Prince 8 tracks. There have to be some out there somewhere. His career did start in the late 70s after all.

i do. i have the first two albums on 8 track.

i HAD for you, prince and dirty mind on 8-track. it was '82, and those big tapes were just starting to be phased out, but they were cheap. i paid full price for dirty mind ($7. something), the very first prince i ever bought! then i got the first two albums on 8-track for $1.00 each. couldn't tell u where they are now, though. probably gave them away.

That's funny what's a 8 track, what's a B-side and the new one I hear is "What's a Record".

I can't believe they released any of his albums on 8-track, that my friend is like a great collectable I would hang on to that one.

Yeah I have his LP "Prince" on 8 Track we have a small 8 Track that stills work but we don't need it to listen to that because I got it in a cassette. My dad brought it home and that's how my sisters and I got hooked.

On the old Org,we used to have this lady named "Seal99" who was really obsessed with 8-track tapes.Do you guys remember her?

But,to answer your question,I don't have any Prince 8-tracks but I remember back in the 70s,my parents routinely bought them.
