One of my favorite songs is Violet the Organ Grinder. But there's a line in verse 2 where he says "I can deal with a sucker if he's in your mouth, but I can't deal with insincere." I know that he's saying something nasty, but i don't get what he's implying.

Also in the second verse of Gett Off, what is the "Little box" that he mentions?

These are probably really obvious, but if someone could explain, that'd be great.
