Two impossible choices - what do you choose?
Scenario 1: You can travel back in time to any and every Prince concert, record it in 4k, keep it all in the present for your vieweing pleasure. Each concert can only be attended one time. I wouldn't video anything in 4k.

The McRib is available at all times? SIGN ME UP!!! Making love and music are the only things worth fighting for.

1, but why i would record anything if i can go back? There are more concerts than i'd even would want to see.

We invented a time machine but still using shitty 4k? Why not record in quantum holographic interactive video. Pffft.

before he died I was always a fan of what Prince was doing next, I wanted to see him as an older artist. Bruce Springsteen summed it up well when he spoke of a growing songwriting wisdom, creative intelligence. I saw a lot of that emerging still in Prince’s later years. He still had places to go and things to do. So for that reason I would opt for option 2,even if that meant never seeing Prince play again.

That's easy, 2. I have never understood the appeal of the McRib, never will. Time keeps on slipping into the future...
This moment is all there is...

I'd go with scenario 2, but the McRib thing doesn't matter to me at all, because I never thought that it was all that great, just another fast food sandwich to me.

Number 2 Love is God, God is love, girls and boys love God above~
The only Love there is, is the Love We Make~ Prince4Ever

Number 1; without hesitation.

Absolutely go with #1! Like all of us, the older Prince would get the harder it would be for him to perform on stage. His voice would certainly be gone around the age of 75 or so. I would definately love to see him in every concert live and unaltered and be able to relive the memories when I'm old and can't do the things I could do when I was young.

Well I never saw him live, so I'd say number one. The 'white room with no windows' doesn't sound like the most appealing of places to discover his work, anyway...

Hmmm ... I gotta go with 2. I just KNOW he had a lot of great music left in him and it would have been cool to see him grow old.

The McRib is a culinary masterpiece! (except the pickle, I'll never understand the pickle) Making love and music are the only things worth fighting for.

No. 1, as long as I can skip that gawd awful 2000 Hit and Run Tour. No. 2 sounds too sterile, too museum-ey.

#2....no mcRib necessary, tho

Option one only gives live shows, option two gives studio tracks, which is where Prince's strength was. (yes, he was the greatest live, but he was better in the studio. Deal with it. ) . However, option two makes it so Prince had to be different from how he was. No telling what that would do to his output. . So... I'll take option three and listen to all recorded Prince studio tracks as is. Paisley Park is in your heart - Love Is Here!

Scenario 1, but I love the McRib. "Wish eye had a dollar 4 everytime U say, don't U miss the feeling Music gave u, back in the day"

Considering the impossible, and that I'm one of those fans who hasn't invested in chasing down every existing desirable/semi-desirable bootleg or studio sketch, I'd pick option 2 (and nevermind the McRib). I'd be most interested to find what the man did going forward.

That's a tight choice... I'd be dead curious to find out what he did in the future, but honestly, I think that I'd go back in time to his concerts. I don't really care about recording them, but I'd do my best to meet him. My biggest regret is that I didn't get the chance to tell him how much of an inspiration he's been to me, and I'd go back in time to see him.
