It took me a long, long time until I could appreciate that album. I like it now but back then I didn´t like it at all. The hype was just too big and it wasn´t really my favorite era.

i liked it although it was obvious to me that some of it was rushed. It was better than lovesexy, maybe better than ATwiad which was also spotty and rushed. Examples are in the lyrics for me as to how he just moved to fast and used whatever came to his head instead of good lyrics which he was capable of if he'd just given it more time, usually, it's the lyrics as giveaway more than the music and also, you can hear the hackneyed lyrics in some of his brilliant b-sides, hello had some lame lyrics, many others but when you're moving that fast you will come out with some clunkers.
