Could someone inform both the Estate and Paisley Park Museum that the image they are using as the 'Parade' album cover is actually the back of the album? I already got tired of sending them corrections on dozens of issues to no avail...

Now this is a GREAT idea. This can most definitely make some major coin for the estate. Especially if this will be the only location besides Paisley Park. Talk about impulse buying! They might want to print some shirts that actually indicate Minnesota though, for the collectors and completists...

No no no no no this isn't good enough -, they need to rename one of the terminals after him!

Come on, Prince is far more important than Charles Lindbergh or Hubert H. Humphrey. Let's march on the mayor's office!

Seriously though, I think this shop could be quite cool. And the estate needs to keep the cash rolling in to pay their legal bills.

Someone had posted a video online and there were some shirts with TC (Twin Cities) on them.

There was a change.org petition for this, that got over 13000 signatures, but it's closed now. Not sure what happened to it.

I don't think it goes far enough. Let Lindbergh and Humphrey have their terminals. Currently the airport is named Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The entire airport should be renamed Prince International Airport. And I'm being 100% serious.

Why don’t they have this at the Mall of America. Sarah Jessica Parker coming to open her shoe store there on Sunday. I think they could find room for a Prince store. cool

Why is it that now, I honestly no longer care about any of this? Is it because Prince is no longer here, that I have lost interest in buying anything with his name or symbol on it? I mean, I already have books, cds, t-shirts, pics, etc, that I bought when he was alive, and I was an infatuated fan, but now it's like I really could not care less about the stuff. Is it just over merchandising, and I'm just suffering Prince fatigue, or just something deep within me that resents seeing his face, name, and symbol being put out there for profit, knowing that he's no longer here to approve? Anyway, I just don't have the excitement that some seem to, seeing this. And I'm not trying to put down any of you that are excited about this, just so you know, I'm just expressing how I feel now about certain things where Prince is concerned now.

Remember the NPG Stores? My deepest regret as a teenager was never visiting any though it seemed there wasn't much exclusive stuff to be found there.

I hope the prince Store will have more luck than the short-lived NPG Store, and I can't w ait for the Estate to open the new Glam Slam Club lol

I've been to the NPG store back in the day and it was just a bunch of overpriced candles with symbols and maybe a T-shirt or two and a couple of CD singles but I didn't see anything I was interested in.

NPG store had some cool stuff. Yellow cloud guitar, the chain hat, canes like in the Alphabet St video, gold rings that you could order like the one Prince wore in the Love 2 the 9's video that said Prince, 8X10 photos in color and black and white, framed proof sheets with Prince's markings, oils, Get Wild perfume, and all the regular stuff like T-shirts, caps, posters, and music. The prop version of the T-bird from the Lovesexy tour was housed in the store and they showed exclusive videos and had outfits from the SOTT and Lovesexy tours.

Now if they opened a Glam Slam I would be beyond thrilled!!!

At least with a candle, you can burn it and it goes away. Not like a t-shirt you stick in your closet for years (because there are no more concerts to wear it to) then give to Goodwill.

Very nice!

It looks a lot like the stores at the recent European exhibitions.

I loved the NPG Store so very much! I hope this isn't as short-lived.

This does seen very niche!

Most Prince fans assume literally everyone on the planet rushes out to buy Prince product but sadly the reality is that most people don't know who he is.

I can imagine they have taken out a one year lease yet I hope this last longer than a pop-up shop.
