I don't believe so. I'd never heard any rumors of that nature. She did take gorgeous photos of him though! I absolutely was in love with the 21 Nights book. She took beautiful photos of some of his proteges as well. I think the last were of Judith iirc. They were still on her site last I looked.

I always wondered whether or not they dated after watching the Insatiable video. He was with so many women during that time. She was/is attractive and seemed like his “type” - or one of them biggrin

Yes I did wonder since she does seem his type. I think it was said that he did date the girl in the Insatiable video playing the director.

Yes I did wonder since she does seem his type. I think it was said that he did date the girl in the Insatiable video playing the director.

I believe that was Randee, right?

No that was an actress playing the director. Her name is Barbara Lee and she was interviewed by a news station after his passing and said they dated for a few years in the 80's. She talked about his generosity and said he would have meals delivered to the homeless during snowstorms.

That’s not Randee. The director at the end of the Million Days video is Sanaa Hamri. She also directed the Prince themed episode on “Empire”.

For the person saying Randee looked like Prince’s type, apparently, you haven’t seen Randee. Mayte Garcia calls Randee her second mother. Prince and Randee never had a romantic relationship. She was one of the people who predicted Prince would marry Mayte.

So, that makes at least 3 people who supposedly “predicted” Prince would marry Mayte. First, the story was that Prince himself stated “there’s my future wife after seeing her at his show. Then it was supposedly Rosie Gaines who stated that to Prince, and now it’s supposedly Randee St Nicholas who said those words to Prince lol

That “how Mayte met Prince” story has had multiple revisions since it was first discussed in interviews.

Randee, herself, said it. Rosie also said the same. How is that a revision of history. I’m completely confused. Many of their associates picked up on the fact Prince was enamored with his future wife. Supposedly, according to Craig Rice, he showed her video to several associates after meeting her for the first time. Please explain how that is a revision of history. Sounds more like a failure of your understanding.

Then post a picture of Randee. Per Princevault, Randee starred as the “Director” in the Insatiable video and also actually directed that video. There is only Prince, the woman speaking to him at the beginning of the video and filming him dancing and with the other women, and the 15 other dancers/models in the cast for the video. If that is not Randee then please provide the name of the woman and proof that it is someone else. The Princevault site is rarely incorrect though.
