I agree. Hopefully more details will come out. Meron and Phaedra should be next.

You have no idea. Its gonna effect all the bands Morris.

Man, I've been tellin' ya he's fuckin' up.

But seriously - they should have cornered Kirk Johnson two years ago and interrogated him until he spilled everything. He'll forever protect Prince, but he knows 100% more than he's telling. Him laughing in that NBC Today interview when asked if Prince used drugs made him look stupid. Prince's alleged best friend didn't know ol' boy was poppin' pills?

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Morris? Who's Morris?

I am confused about the Morris thing. Civil suits can be an effective tool to get information.

Okay, .02 cent non attached judge mental opinion:

What would Prince do?
Would Prince want his closest friend in life, a man who was always always there for him year after year

to be subject to more pain shame and heresay?
No. I don’t think he would want his friend to go thru more of this pain, no gain.

He's not being charged with anything, but I too agree it's about time someone asks him some questions.

It'd have been so much funnier if you had used that old cliché in the correct way. But alas, 0 for 2, huh?

I find it disgusting going after the hospital. DISGUSTING.
Yes,
I read over over the details.
The hospital saved his overdosed life. Period.
Prince then said NO. Asked again, NO.

These bogus greedy lawsuits F Up America, and no wonder $$$$$ medical costs for anyone.

LET IT GO. HE IS GONE.

Maybe it's more of a fact finding mission. I don't think they are asking for much $$ something like 50K, wasn't it?

I think with this type of lawsuit they are able to call people in to question, especially those like Kirk who didn't give much info to the Police, and Meron who gave basically no info to the PD.

Walgreens is also in this lawsuit and they didn't do anything either except fill the scripts. How were they to know, that the scripts in Kirk's name was for Prince?

The attorneys take 1/3 of the judgment plus the expenses they have paid up front.

So, no, they are not looking for justice, or a fact finding mission.

And, no, they are not asking for $50k.

That means that is the minimum amount of $$ they are seeking.

There is no limit on a jury $$ award for damages.

They are looking for some fast money since they cant get any out of the Estate.

I am assuming Tyka has already talked to KJ.

All she has to do is go to PP.

Just because the inner circle didnt give much info to police doesnt mean they havent talked to Tyka.

It was the Defendants that deposed KJ, not the Plaintiffs.

Ha ha ha ha, because they were not involved in his life.
I thank Tyka for caring for Prince / cremated funeral as I am assuming was his last wish from her.

Very wrong to go after hospital, jmo again.
