Asking for submissions for questions Prince trivia! Hi all. So, I’m involved in putting on a Prince Tribute night next Saturday. We have a solo pianist, a funk band, three DJs and about 200 attending. WB have been very generous and we have lots of CDs and vinyl to give away. One means if that will be asking some trivia questions. I want to mindful that I don’t make them all too hard and have some that the casuals can answer. Ideas so far. Who did Prince write NC2U for? (Bound to catch the casuals out) Which two albums did When 2 r in love appear on? According to Raspberry Beret, who was Prince’s boss? (One for the masses) You get the idea. Any suggestions? If the milk turns out to be sour, I aint the kinda pussy to drink it!

Don't understand the one about the first image being 1999? An image is a photo, wouldn't that be For You? Did you mean artwork? [Edited 5/8/19 17:48pm] "if you can't clap on the one, then don't clap at all"

Didn’t know that until now; this was widely a circulated quote. Thank you for clearing that up. Although I agree, would’ve been great if true.

3121 was his last #1 album during his lifetime, but it was not his last #1 album: The Very Best Of Prince topped the Billboard 200 for the first time the week he died and is, as of now, his final number one album.

True or False: The song "Batdance" is played during a dance routine featuring a brief cameo by Prince in the Tim Burton film "Batman"
I think at least one Batman question is appropriate.
Also: Have you ever bathed in the waters of Lake Minnetonka? What is Cynthia Rose's favorite number? if it was just a dream, call me a dreamer 2

Whoops on me. Thanks for the correction. I thought I had a good one too. I didn't remember 3121 making #1.

Also, that warning thing on Dirty Mind isn't the "Parental Advidsory" PMRC sticker either. Was it a stop gap measure they threw together and stuck on re-issues? Because I'd be really surprised if that Dirty Mind image that was posted was from a pressing done prior to 1984 or 1985. Very interesting.
