The estate counters by saying, “The heirs are understandably frustrated that, three years after their brother’s death, the Estate is not ready to be closed. But the fact remains that until the Estate resolves its tax liability with the IRS and MNDOR (Minnesota state taxes), neither the court nor Comerica can close the Estate or make a distribution of assets to the Heirs.”

worthy of a stand alone thread though as it's an important development.

As I have pointed out several times before lets just focus on what we have had from official release & the endless supply of bootlegs coz ain't nothing of note ebing released any time soon.

On reflection I can totally see the heirs arguments against the high fees BUT - fees aside - Commercia do seem to have a well structured plan in place & a level of expertise. The heirs appear to be divided & dare I say it not the brightest fireworks in the box!
