I miss Prince everyday. Still having a hard time coming to terms with his death. He was one of a kind and such a talented man. Thankfully we have so much amazing music and hopefully more to come. | |

Prince is sorely missed. I find myself listening to his music now more than ever especially his early work. His absense makes you realize more and more that there will never be anyone to come close to his vision, craftsmanship, and work ethic. |

Especially on this day I feel the sadness of it all. But at the same time I feel blessed that I experienced so much joy, excitement, funk, genius while he was alive. I will keep playing, enjoying, loving his work.
And it's great to see his memory is so very alive with all the parties going on all over the world. Let's celebrate his greatness as long as we can! |

I miss him immensely but with time it has become easier to listen to the music he has left behind for us to enjoy. I have also been listening to his music more lately than I have been in the past few months. I will always, always miss him but I thank the Powers That Be that I was alive at the same time he lived to enjoy and experience his beautiful music. | |

Three years but still I miss Prince. There was no artist like him. No shady little boy stories, Prince was clean and authentic. Always himself, at least what he showed to the public. I'm sure that most of us are better. But every now and then, I'm looking at a video or hear a song and sitll can't believe it. Aside from me thinking he was too thin, I never knew that he was in so much physical pain and possibly emotional as well. Prince still looked so youthful and ready to continue to give us his all! I saw a video someone posted on youtube today and it made me cry like it was the first day. out of all the celebrity deaths I took to heart, his hit me the hardest. I miss him so much. It feels like I lost a family member, I don't think I'll ever fully heal. My heart is a little broken and nobody can fix that.

Aww Penny, don't do that. You gonna make me cry for about the 3rd time today. Yeah, it's been a rough one. (Amen). Just seems so much worse than the 1st or 2nd one, and I can't really say why. We will see him again......I am just not a good wait-er. I bet he really jazzed up the choir section up there! We are all feeling just about the same today probably. Just this side of of a complete crying fest, feeling guilty because for goodness sake it is Easter, and really wishing the day was already over!
I am going to try to absorb some more music this evening and try to get to a better place.
