Whats the story behind this? Hi all I love this video ive watched it many times but does anyone have any info about it where was it? have any of the musicans been interviewed subsequently about what happened and what they thought? especially the guitarist who got schooled. Also I never knew russell brand could sing.

Here is a short article about it. I really enjoy watching him jam in the few surprise appearance videos that are out there. Can you imagine stepping out of the club for a minute and coming back to see this! If I were in that band I probably would have crumbled into dust on the spot. I think the explative uttered by a guy in the audience says it all. Love the little hypnotic hand gesture Prince makes while bending the strings. I really think he's holding back out of respect for the band, yet he's still killing it!
