Do you think P should have made a Official video for "Dreamer"?

The snippet from back during the Target promotion video had what look like to part of a video. So was wondering was that just for that commercial or there was a Full video in the Vault?

I don't know for a fact but I would be very surprised if there wasn't a full video.
