It's avatar heaven in here. I especially love the sun, and moon & star. But the faces are cute fun too.

I thought the bottom of page 9 was a banana split.

It's a pretty lady.

Some of it looks like someone else's handwriting. Maybe Nadira was writing it for him?? On the page with the publishing options there is a line drawn and Prince's notes at the bottom with his signature.

He mentions Patrice's name in an early interview with Right On magazine. He jokingly accuses the journalist of trying to get them together. Very cute

Here's some of the dialogue and a link to the full article/interview. I LOVE these very early interviews - so innocent, and I think, mostly honest responses interlaced with some cryptic or nonsense answers

"How do you spend the rest of your time?"

"In the bathtub,” Prince smiled.

"No, you don’t.”

"A lot of it I do,” he says seriously.

I decide two can play his game. So in a straight face I quietly ask him, “Do you put bubbles in the bathtub?"

"Do I put bubbles in the bathtub?” he repeats with little comprehension. Suddenly it dawns on him what I’ve asked and he gives me one of those exasperated Prince looks. He turns his attention to peeling bark off a tree. Having nothing better to do, I try to join him. “I think I’ve started something, “Prince comments. “I’m not peeling the bark off really"; “I don’t have any nails,” I say. “Why don’t you have any nails?” Wonders Prince, “I have some. Are you jealous?"

After I answer some of Prince’s questions about what it’s like to work at a magazine he asks me, “Are you trying to start a romance between Patrice Rushen and me?"

"No. People should learn to read between the lines.”

"Some people think that you were starting a romance but I never did. I knew you wouldn’t—not intentionally. But that’s the reaction people had.”

"What else do you do in your spare time besides sit in your bathtub?"

"I ride my ten speed.”

Wonder why the Auction site is referring to the red inked letter as "Nadia" when Nadira's name is clearly written on the sketch page? The signature on the letter is obviously smudged from the water stain
