That is so incredibly amazing!!!!

This really does look great!

It would be nice if it included more of the grounds and of course the iconic oval building - it doesn't feel like Paisley Park without that!

In comparison here is a spectacular aerial video:

Thanks. I'd love to work together with the estate to get this mass-produced. Maybe if enough people tell them, something good will happen.

I've left out the "Egg" as I've recreated the 1987 version of the complex. In later years they also added a "hump" at the back of the building, and all the green colours were painted black. The 1987 version is better imo.

Thanks,
Thomas

If the estate does not want to partner, would you consider selling this independently?

Actually, no. That number was only added in 2016. My model is how it was completed in 1987. That was already perfect. No need for extra numbers. smile

Months ago I reached out to Paisley Park a few times to see if we can mass-produce this and get it out there, but so far nothing came of it. Maybe you can all tell them you want this? If they get enough requests, who knows.

Thanks,

Thomas

I just don’t understand shipping costs from the U.S. it’s absurd. I can buy stuff from anywhere else and get it down to NZ for reasonable rates. What’s the deal with U.S Mail?

At least our own postal service has done something about it. They have a service where you can use a depot on the states as Te shipping address and then they bring it to nz for peanuts.

That's an awesome picture!

I suppose it would be obvious to assume you would need the involvement of the Prince legal estate, but do you?

Having them on board may help with marketing, the use of any Prince trademarks and to generally add gravitas, but is any of that actually required?

After all, people sell models of buildings all the time without any infrigments.

Once that is resolved, ecom strategies are fairly straightforward to define.

Prince Museum is giving this a shout out about this, so that's good news!

How amazing is this model of Paisley Park?

Please let its creator Thomas de Bruin know just how good this is!!
