I have tried to reach her at email addresses on her website, I've called a number for a person listed on her website who was said to be doing her PR and I've messaged her on Twitter ... radio silence. It seems important to try to get this part of Prince's story written, if she is willing.

Good idea, thanks. I hadn't thought about her publisher but it might be worth trying to get to a PR person there.

Yes, I believe so, and also "Dolphin," which points to Eadie being a significant source of inspiration during one period. She wrote that she and Prince were in contact at the end of his life as well, so this was an ongoing relationship. If she doesn't talk to me, I hope she talks to someone about Prince, or writes more about it herself.

No idea if it’s archived, but there was discussion online when C&D was released about some near-death/New Age book being the inspiration.

First of all, it's reply 32 I would focus on, if I was someone who didn't want to become an Illuminati sex salve. Just sayin'.

Second, I remember way back in the 90's, I was reading an issue of "Vanity Fair" and they had this little monthly feature called "What's On Your Nightstand?" or something like that. They asked celebrities what book they were reading.

I fell out of my Illuminati throne when I saw that one of the celebritries who'd answered was Prince. And the book he was reading was Betty Eadie's "Embraced by the Light". I remember that clearly, because I was floored that (A) they got hold of Prince; and (B) he answered their question.
