In Netherlands, Prince enjoys his best chartruns outside the USA.
Strange it sold "only" that amount compared to France 17 millions inhabitants in NDLD VS 65 millions in France), where his albums charted lower and for less weeks.
.
So, for me, in Netherlands it sold more than 1.7 millions.
