I guess we won't see anyone releasing or leaking tracks anytime soon now with Eye then snatching them up and then the sources being at risk of being sued by Comerica/Paisley Park Enterprises.
It seems Eye or whoever ratted him out if he was the source for tracks.

Why would Eye rat him out, this isn’t a criminal case.

You have to answer questions truthfully during the discovery process or you are held in contempt of court. You can't lie or say its none of your business.

If you don't answer the Judge will throw your azz in jail until you agree to answer.

We dont know how involved Wally may have been with the folks at Eye.

Wally's involvement could be minimal like Piet.

Yes, you can take the 5th in a civil case.

It wouldnt be theft for Eye but it is copyright infringement. It could be theft for the person/s that took the recordings and sold them to Eye.


As far as I know, the Estate has not attempted to file criminal charges against any bootleggers.

I believe you are speaking about Patrick Cousins. He also just went on his own and sold Prince's property, a church Prince had bought. If you do a Google search you can find out much more about that shady character.

Alfred has new attorneys and Omarr is also being represented by them.

Apparently Alfred asked his prior attorneys to withdraw as his attorneys in December 2018, and they failed to do so. Alfred filed a heavily redacted affidavit.

As a result, Alfred had to file a Notice of Termination of Counsel on his own.


Also, the Judge once again denied Lonnie and CAK request for unredacted documents citing that they were not parties to the Estate, and do not have a right to see these unredacted documents.


There is also a shitshow going on with the appointment in May 2018 of Michael Lythcott and Gregg Walker as Representatives of the heirs. There are allegations they shared confidential information with 3rd parties. As a result the Judge revoked them as representatives of the heirs on a temporary basis, and ordered them to hand over what confidential information they shared. The violation of their NDA is in regard to a "pitch book."

There are so many redacted documents that I am unable to tell what specifically is going on.
