I guess the "permanant weld" was probably an idea indicating absolute devotion to another; it just would not be that practical in real life.
A slave bracelet represents something that is beyond the physical realm. Of course, good territory for Prince, and somehow might have links to the mideastern costumes Mayte wore when bellydancing?? Just my best guesses. Good morning children...take a look out your window, the world is falling... |
