New prince movie in the works ( not the Ava and universal studios movie) it seems that six prince films are in the works including this one. prince from the northside Elizabeth Banks " chambermaid " movie Ava durvernay documentary prince musical fifth Ave documentary what eles am i missing ??

Ever hear of "development hell"? It's a film industry term for when a movie "in the works" gets stuck in development and can't get out for any of a trillion reasons. Ie. "Universal beat us to it." I think a flood of docs is more likely than Hollywood movies (though we might see a handful of docs, straight-to-streaming biopics, concerts, and a Hollywood film). I'm with the poster above - without a "when," a movie in the works might not happen. Studios buy ideas from writers and producers all the time that end up sitting in other producers' drawers. | |
