Sydney	I LOVE The Time - always have. Ice Cream Castles was a major teenage obsession for me. What is interesting is how much I love the first album these days - those loose Prince & Morris grooves are awesome and their is such a nu school freedom to the record. It's almost kind of hip hop in spirit like young musicians on the come up.

I love the story when The Time actually was called the Nerve.

Morris or someone said that the first test pressings of their album had the Nerve on it,

But Prince came up with the concept & the name 'The Time'.

Would love to see that test pressing(s). smile

Just saw "Tales from the Tour Bus" on Cinemax about Morris Day. Morris was telling a great story about meeting Prince the first time. If you get to see it, check it out! The Look had to come from this.
