Another thing while going through the book: I remember seeing a recent interview with Lisa Coleman in which she said that Prince spray-painted the walls of her apartment for the back cover of Dirty Mind, but Allen Beaulieu says it was Prince's girfriend Kim's? Somebody's lyin'! haha

The photos are amazing to see, though.

Just received the book! (Bay Area). The weight alone is impressive; hardcover and heavy. (Seems more like something you would spend $50.00 for.)

I got my copy today. Very nice book.

There are a few photos not present. Anyone have good quality versions of these?

I remember a series of photos of Prince and Dez just like these also black and white.

Not sure if Mr. Beaulieu took this last one but it's nice to see them happy and smiling.

I've talked to Allen a couple of time recently and he said what is in the book is just a portion of what he has. Hopefully this book sells really well and we'll get another one.

Allen Beaulieu- Your work is amazing. I was a child of around 10 to 13 during the "Before The Rain" days and I have to tell you that many of your pictures are what helped make me the lifelong Prince fan that I would become. Thank you for doing what you did then and for sharing with us all now.

Oh, I know, it's being discussed other places. He looks happy while getting ready to do whatever. I love that video. Prince personified.
