What comes with the Piano & Microphone vinyl?

Is there anything different from the CD version?

I bought the deluxe vinyl one and it has liner notes from Don Batts, Lisa Coleman, and Jill Jones. There is a photo print and a booklet with more photos. The CD art is different than the standalone CD too.
