DigitalLisa	I don't know about y'all, but Prince gets played at the black clubs... mostly old school stuff though, like Erotic City and Sexy dancer

Soapstone	In addition to the 80's nights Prince does get clubplay in the finest dance clubs of London (and therefore the world - by admission of the DJ's). The Space Cowboys version of I would die for you was in many a DJ setlist for ages. Prince lives on in Remix heaven even for the teenyboppers!

I'm a dj and spin at least 1 prince record a nite.
gett off usually gets a very cool reaction, but the pest dance songs r still Kiss, 1999 and let's go crazy...

DIAMONDGEEZA	I find that generally Prince gets played on Nightclub gigs that have an 80,s themes but i wish people would relise that there is more to prince than the eighties and Purple rain.

TheJoker	About 3 months ago I was at a local club & all of a sudden, on came "Cream". I was happy and all, but as a serious dance jam..."Cream"? Before that the only other song of his I'd ever heard in a club was "Gett Off", and I rocked my hardest on da' dance flo' dat nite, babyyy! OWWW! "...if u want 2 baby, here I am..."

Definately...

When I go studying, I am in a room directly above the student's bar.
And when I am there in the evening, I can hear the music...
They play Prince regularly, and yesterday they played 'Cream' and 'When doves cry'.
On other occasions, I heard various songs off Purple rain, Sign 'o' the times
and Diamonds and pearls, and sometimes the albums in between.

Prince ain't been in any house rotation or club that wanted to stay in business since they were mixing snips of Gett Off and Round & Round in the summer of 1991.

Plus.. since 1998 there is just constantly too much great jumping dance music out there coming out every week.
