interesting. i wonder if this is for another single from the warners release (meh)

meh because i don't like the warners release and want to get it over with asap so we can move onto
yay, which is the tidal release, that will most likely be made up of studio outtakes from 96 onward.

It seems it may be for 'Mary Don't You Weep' judging by the casting call for African-American church goers at a funeral.
Though Prince may have other unreleased songs concerning this theme, the setting of a funeral does seem to link it to this track.
Spike has already made a promo video that's already circulating, so not sure of the neccesity for this if it is for 'Mary'. |

The video, being filmed Wednesday and Thursday, seems to involve a funeral scene with a religious focus. All of the parts call for African American actors, with parts being cast including a male preacher 50 or over, “church ladies” and “church men” who are 60 or over, and children at a funeral who are between the ages of eight and 10. There’s also a call for a young male, aged 18 to 21.
