I'm amazed that royalties still earn you so much money in this day and age.

Those are low appraisals, purposely so, to lower the amount of estate taxes due.

The real expensive equipment is the 3 sound studios in paisley park, and lets not forget the custom piano from One Nite alone cover. Prince had lots of interesting intruments, clothes, and personl items at Paisley Park. It would be interesting for fans like me if they displayed more of it and not just small selection.

during celebration 1, in 2001 the Linn Drum was hooked up live to speakers in the Sound Stage room. You could walk up and play it. One cleaver fellow, started beating out with jos fingers the intro to Housequake. Its only 2 pads on the linn drumm. It was awsome. Can you hear the song now in your head, housequake

I feel positive that I've read that it was the Linn sampled into the Fairlight. Naturally, I cannot recall where I may have seen this.
