its funny to me, because i always felt like "Worldwide Underground' is her best lp....

I can see how P felt it was not a finished or polished album as it played more like a mixtape, similar to more of her later releases. I kinda like it but I can see how it might feel unfinished or unconventional to an album artist. It is one funky EP though and she called it an EP at the time vs an album.
