Covers Prince's gigs in Dublin, Ireland in the 90's and 00's. Worth a listen

Really enjoyed this thanks. Brought back memories of the Point gigs in 95 and 02. Very different shows. In fact, the 95 show was like seeing a completely different performer - he really did a great job of reinventing himself when he briefly turned his back on most of his back catelogue. A very fresh sounding show, even now.
I was also at the Indigo show referenced on the Podcast where he opened with a devastating version of Empty Room. This is probably my personal highlight of 30-odd years of fandom. |
