Question about Rave (lyrics)

What does arrivederci cock poppy mean? Arrivederci is bye, cock is a penis & poppy might be a smart pretty girl (urban dictionary), that is what my research led me to but it does not make sense, does anyone have an answer?

"Cockpoppy," is poppycock reversed. Poppycock just means nonsense. So maybe the phrase means, "Goodbye to nonsense...that was hip yesterday." And who even knows that might mean? lol

I would try not to deciper it too literally. It's about being glam, being forward thinking, being free. And looking great doing it.

According to Prof Trefusis - a Stephen Fry character - Poppycock derives from Dutch "pappekak" meaning soft shit....so "goodbye to soft shit"....If Stephen Fry is to be believed, of course.

Common American slang "poppycock" is "nonsense" or "bullshit" as previously mentioned. "Goodbye to nonsense" would be my best guess. Prince did use a lot of "old fashioned" slang throughout his career.
