60 YEARS AGO TODAY, God and Mattie & John Nelson gave us PRINCE. I think of what you would be doing today if you were still here. The Piano & Mic concert finished, an album of such out? Another phase of your life completed and another one begun? Who would you be helping? What would you think of Donald Trump if anything, or of the state of our world What would you be doing in the privacy of your life and behind the walls of Paisley Park to better this place? What would you look like? Would you still have the ‘fro, or have moved on to another style? Perhaps clipped it a little shorter? I bet you’d still be beautiful no matter what. And as kind as ever. As you are where you are now. I know you didn’t celebrate birthdays, so I will just say, Happy commemorative Day of Birth, 60 years later. Imagining a beautiful YOU at 60. We miss you. | |
