Help, trying to find a quote... Hello all, long time lurker, first time poster! I’ve been trying to find an interview quote (I think) where Prince says something along the lines of “I live in this world but I’m not of it”. Thought it was from his first mtv interview but nope. Can anyone help?? Thanks! |

Can't find the Prince quote but I do remember it. The idea comes from the Bible. My Amish relatives said that about themselves when I was a kid, that they were in the world, but not of it.

The CNN interview with Larry King..he quotes that comment a little after the 8 minute mark. |
