Last week I decided to create a youtube channel and upload some Prince video's. Mainly out of curiousity and to share the video's with friends. No commercial intention at all.

I noticed that some video's could not be published because of claims by NBC Universal and Canal Plus. OK, I understand (stand under). After 2 days, 4 video's which I published were deleted on request by Comerica Bank & Trust. Strangely some of the video's I published are still online, which seems like a random approach to me. Like they search on most popular songs or key words.

How does it work? Is it random or are some video's allowed for certain reasons? There are a lot of Prince public video's on youtube, I am wondering if someone knows this process (if there is one).
