Its funny how certain music reminds you of a certain time of the year for example nirvana's music always reminds me of autumn/winter theres no logic to it its just the way it makes me feel when I listen to it. I'd be interested which prince song reminds you of spring which of summer which of autumn and which of winter.

despite being recorded in, what, november (?) i've always thought that both

osaka/tokyo sound like a sweltering evening in one of japan's ancient forrests, in the middle of summer.

probably due to the segue that glues the tracks together. but the tracks themselves also carry
that lazy, humid warmth of a semi tropical evening.
