Sheila E and Kiran Sharma transcripts?

I don't think i'm disobeying rules in asking this? Seeing as the info is out there freely.

But there is talk of the investigation transcripts from Sheila and Kiran... i cannot see them in the Carver County downloads. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
