Chirst, I remember renting places and being worried about nail holes in the wlls and steaming the carpet. Fucking Prince rents a place and turns into Paisely Park West.

No matter how livid Booze was at first, I bet he was doubly ecstatic when that house sale went through! I think I'm going to start calling Prince "Easy Money" (in the best possible sense of the term)

• According to Boozer, all the photos from the 3121 album were shot at his house — “pretty dope.”
  
  
• Boozer freaked out and almost sued Prince, then Prince told him that he was using his crib as “inspiration for my album, inspiration for my band.” And Prince sent him money to calm him down and said not to worry, it’d go back to normal at the end of the year, and that if it didn’t look exactly as it was, he’d let Boozer keep the money.
  
  
  
• As the story goes, nothing was out of place after Prince moved out. Boozer explaining this is so great (around the 13:20 mark). Prince must have paid so much money to store his things and move them back and forth. Boozer put it best: “That’s how big Prince was.”
