2 years ago yesterday, the last time we saw Prince play guitar in public March 12, 2016 at Ray Charles Tribue at Chanhassen Dinner Theater. Still killing it on guitar.

Love this story. They should make a hour long or so TV documentary about this one occasion.

One of my all-time favorite Prince moments... he went full on BB King here... I re-visit this regularly. > Here's the link in case you'd like to have a look/listen... > https://twitter.com/serpa...46/video/1 > >

That doesn't look like a sick man. Or a depressed person. Seeing that makes me doubt his whole death story even more.... Just saying. Thanks for posting! [Edited 3/13/18 18:10pm]

Turning the joint out, as he'd done so many, many, many, times before. Not exibiting any semblance of the heartache the next month would bring. I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

What a great story. Prince not overdoing it on guitar. And not too long too. He knew how to make an apearance, all in black, low key. But still be the star of the show for... 90 seconds. - As I come to think of it, Prince's last song played live on guitar in public, wasn't a song he wrote, but a Ray Charles blues track, he must've loved. Sweet. Also vey humble. - Anyone the title of that track ?

I saw him in Toronto on March 25, 2016. He looked a bit thin, but I wouldn't say he looked ill. In fact, he seemed to have a lot of energy and was quite engaging with the audience. He had already done a show earlier that evening and he didn't look or act tired in any way. His performance was awesome. So glad I made the effort to get those tickets with only 2 days notice. I miss him everyday

Chanhassen Dinner Theater is such a cool and cozy little venue (the smaller section where Prince played). They have a large poster board up in the lobby about his apperance there and some photos.

Wow, Princey looked happy there, jammin the guitar and playing like BB King!! "With love, honor, and respect for every living thing in the universe, separation ceases, and we all become one being, singing one song." - Prince Roger Nelson (1958-2016)
