I think this would be a #1 seller. I asked Sharon about this idea. I would like to see handwritten lyrics book with scripts for movies and concepts for clothing, stage designs etc. I think she said something to the effect they would be using in some videos, art for projects but would not release journals with personal stuff.

Absolutely! That would be a great coffee table book!!

Now see that's my issue, there are tons of notes and lyrics written in his handwritting online right now, anyone could just print them out and bind them and sell them. For those that want it more power to y'all, but that isn't for me at all. I want thought and effort put into it and whatever money I spend to be towards keeping PP and his legacy standing.

I asked this question since after reading the 5 pages of the Dreams manuscript yesterday on the Amsterdam expo, I was really touched by that. The text was on the one hand rather naive (describing the main character, himself, as 'our hero'), on the other hand showing interesting psychological reflections on how and why the various characters had to be shaped a certain way. (He described Jill as clumsy, and cutting her hair like prince to impress him, after that did not work, she cut her dog's hair that way, LOL!!). Also, an explicit love scene between P and Vanity was described in much detail, including various cinematografic instructions on how the scene should be filmed to obtain the desired (and non X-rated!) effect. . That text gave me a really beautiful view inside the head of 'our hero'... and that's why a book of more unknown handwritings would be very welcome for me​

And yes, if I were to come into big cashy cash, I would definitely buy handwritten documents- especially lyrics and other papers showing his thought process. Plus, he had gorgeous handwriting. It would be a treasure for sure.

I have a compulsive right-click-save-as every time I come across Prince's handwriting.
Even if it's an errands list.
It's so beautiful somebody should make a script font out of it.

lets just face it far as the vault is concerned half of us will be dead before a large percent of that stuff is released and his siblings will probably be dead as well. from what morris hayes has said there are albums already mastered and ready to go in the vault these hoes should be working on releasing the goods
