Oh yeah. I think the Alexander Nevermind pseudonym was a diss to Alexander O'Neal, whom he didn't want leading the Time.

Prince used his car and limos as DJ booths.

He often played his fresh recorded tunes in there, invited members or friends, relatives.

He had many rides and fresh tunes blastin' the speakers.

And all that somewhere on the Minneapolis roads.

Love that idea still.
