If It'll Make U Happy - the snippet we've all heard indicates that this is an AWESOMELY catchy, clever reggae-beat infused pop masterpeice.

The Divine - recorded in the mid 90s and is something Prince himself described as earth-shattering.

God Is Everywhere - a supposed legendary Parade-era outtake that people has drooled over who've heard it.

"Batten Down The Hatches", a loose soundcheck jam with members of Prince's band and Rick James' band recorded sometime during the 1981 tour. Those who have heard it say it's funky, LOUD, and loose with Prince and others trading verses/chorus. One of the lyrics was something like, "Push this down, we gotta get up! Batten down the hatches!".

I'm still dreaming of full-length early album configurations like Come from 1993, Chaos And Disorder from 1994 and whatver else, like that great early configuration of Diamonds And Pearls that appeared a couple of years ago.

When are you gonna update your list of recording sessions from 2009? It was such a useful resource! But a lot of new info has surfaced ever since, so it would be awesome if you published an update. I can't do it I'm already doing the list of official releases, so it all depends on you

I have continually updated my own private copy of the list since posting it here on the Org in 2009 as information became available. Now I'm gonna read The Purple Rain studio recordings and update it with the new info from that book. I intend to publish the updated list at some point in the future, but as long as new information keeps coming, I'll wait...

That's great news

Information will keep coming long after we're both dead, though, so I think better to publish it and update it live than wait forever. You could make it as a little site/blog instead of a thread so it's easy to update every time new info arrives.

Checking the new pages recently I've noticed a lot of new, previously unheard of, songs have appeared on Pvault lately. Not sure where those new infos come from but you wanna make sure you keep up to date with their additions, too

In any case, thanks for the great work, I look forward to seeing the updated list

It's actually an official edit... Cool love (stereo) and the dance electric without the skip are also both out there And there is no mono Prince solo version of Roadhouse Garden circulating [Edited 3/4/18 11:01am]

A mono version of Roadhouse Garden without Wendy & Lisa's contributions has been in circulation for a couple of years now.

Are you referring to the fake stereo version of Cool Love that came with the outtakes dump in December? If you listen to the sample of Cool Love that we got long ago, you will hear how it actually sounds in stereo.

If the Dance Electric can be had without the skip, I MUST find it.

That mono Roadhouse has no Wendy or Lisa parts because its mono. If u listen to the stereo version with Wendy and Lisa u can hear their parts are all in one channel...So somebody made a mono copy using only the channel without their parts

I'd have to compare cool love, but i'm pretty sure the version circulating is true stereo, just not from the same source as the sample version
