Those that are left are there for the long haul.

The figures as to how many members will NEVER be released because that way it can be a complete tax dodge.

I think Uptown magazine might have a good indication. I think the best way to tell is to take one CD (say Rave, because it was pre club days) and calculate the sales for each and every country, and then esitmate that 5-10% of that would be members.

That's only an idea, probably way off the mark though
