This isn't a one time thing, he's done it other times too.

The really high res. versions have been taken down but the best I can find at the moment - and you have to look HARD - is on a site called 'Upload Stars', 3.05 - 3.10 or thereabouts. Look at the middle / lower section of his thumb - and have your specs on!

Yes I remember watching the high resolution version last year and even noticing that some blood was showing on his tongue right after he had licked the bleeding cut on his thumb.
