My Medallion I hadn't listened to this song in aeons and had forgotten just how much I like it. It's a fun song with brilliant story telling and makes me smile like the Cheshire cat. Prince was very witty in his humour and I think a video for this could've been great comedy.

Just another song where prince "forgot" to give credit where it's due. I guess that is the reason why this npgmc track was never included in "The Chocoloate Invasion" or "The Slaughterhouse" album. He must have received a nice letter from Eric Burdon's lawyers. [Edited 1/13/18 6:33am] |

That doesn’t mean Eric Burden isn’t included in the actual filing. I believe we have: ascap's database contained Prince's songs until some years ago. The song was included on the Tidal version on the album, though, so I doubt its removal from the original release was due to publishing issues. But who knows...
