Could anybody be so kidn to suggest what exact titles were released under 4DF#091?

And what is the performance date of abovementioned Family Affair ?

I have no clue what you are even talking about.

There is no 4df #91. The last 4df release to receive a catalogue number was #90 Which was the Parade Demos release.
