All the lawsuit will do is bring more of his crap into the public eye. I have a hard time believing he pulled this real estate fraud off by himself. [Edited 2/1/18 7:08am]

Check out the list of assets. Especially those loans. The estate appears to have a nice chuck of cash. ------- Loan receivable from Susanna Melvoin*
Loan Receivable from Kip Blackshire*

Other assets have been used to pay bills and taxes. This is merely a list of what Bremer transferred to Comerica. Obviously, other known assets are not valued/appraised (Paisley itself, the music and media I the vault, thousands of pieces of clothing and shoes, miscellaneous household items, GOLD BARS maybe cashed in, guitars, etc). [Edited 2/1/18 15:16pm] Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

Kip had a promissory note. Susannah had a note receivable. We have never seen these documents in the Estate pleadings before and there has to be some tea with Susannah.

So these 2 borrowed money from Prince?
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
It could have been a loan or a promissory note to record at the studio?? We have nothing but a notation of a promissory note and/or a note receivable. It could be anything.

So who was using these SUVs? Unless Prince liked driving SUVs? And where is the blue Bentley? Paisley Park is in your heart

He was seen getting into an SUV in one of the photos. Many of the cars belonged to one of his corporations and now the cars belong to the estate.

Do they still have to pay the money back?
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Well here is the thing. I think Prince might not have been pressed to get it back but who knows what Comerica will do? They have a fiduciary duty to managed the estate they really have to make an effort to handle the finiacial affairs of the estate.
I guess this is something that the siblings might have a say on I am not sure but Comerica could certainy come after them if money is owed.

Maybe she should've taken her auction money and paid back her loan.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Well maybe that is the reason she all of sudden started auctioning stuff, making christmas ornaments and tee shirts. She was not even has activitly involved with F'Deluxe prior to his death.
I know Charles Smith said that Prince had given 60k to some female associate he had not worked with in years in the inverview he did on Mike Dean's podcast. Maybe he was talking about Susannah. He said the women was going to have to live in the streets and Prince put the money in her bank account.

Maybe they were being overly dramatic or it's someone else. Susannah wasn't going to end up on the street.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
He could have been speaking about someone else and I do not think he was being dramatic. Remember at one Rosie Gains was on the streets due to her health issues. This can happen to anyone know a days with the cost of health care and musicians are vulnerable since many are on work for hire contracts and pay for their own insurance.

You know that her husband - or is he the ex-husband now - lives with Renee Zellweger who is apparently supporting him. This came out in the divorce/custody papers. I was surprised, though, to see her listed as owing Prince.

Yes, those court papers showed that her ex bum of husband of hers was behind on alimony and child support.
I was not surprised because their were rumors going around that he helped her out.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-4975932/Renee-Zellweger-financially-supports-beau-Doyle-Bramhall.html
In 2014, it was first reported that Renee found herself dragged into Susannah and Doyle's battle after his ex claimed she is struggling for money to care for their daughters. In court papers seen by MailOnline, Susannah's lawyer stated both Doyle and Susannah are $300,000 in debt - and that Susannah is desperate for financial aid. Her lawyer says she and the girls have been forced to 'endure' media coverage of Doyle and Renee, including pictures of them 'frolicking' in the Hawaiian Ocean.' Continuing on, Susannah's lawyer claims that Doyle has 'consistently rejected' all efforts to put support orders in place and deal with their 'mounting debts' - despite the fact the singer's financial future is 'completely precarious.' Susannah collaborated with the late Prince in the 80s and the superstar even penned the hit Nothing Compares 2 U for her.

Ofcourse the lawyer has to paint the bleakest picture. My point is Susannah has family to help. W&L are not going to let her be on the streets.

Old PRN must be sitting on a cloud laughing at how hard SNJ are going to have to work get his hard earned money.

Interesting.
Sometimes when people say live in the streets they mean in terms of losing your property not always literally. Does appear that Doyle ran off with Rene and tried to leave the responsibilities to Susannah.
